Located in Santiago, the Airbus Helicopters Training Academy in Chile has trained more than 1,000 pilots and technicians to operate and support company-built rotorcraft in Southern Cone markets.
In a region where Airbus-produced helicopters fly in conditions ranging from coastal and sub-Antarctic to desert and humid subtropical, the training centre provides courses that meet customers’ specific needs. The courses can be tailored for the various missions performed by Airbus Helicopters in this area of the world, including public security, law enforcement, military and business/VIP transport.
