Airbus’ Customer Services organisation is supporting customers in India and the regional countries namely, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, Mauritius and Seychelles. Based in New Delhi and Bengaluru, a team with close to 500 members delivers tailored support, field services, fleet efficiency, and training solutions.

Airbus Customer Services leverages a ‘think global, act local’ strategy to maximise benefits for its customers. Teams offer engineering and digital services including Tailored Support Programmes, Flight Hour Services, maintenance, and technical support while Satair manages the spare parts distribution. The regional presence ensures quick access to expertise and spares, enabling operational efficiency.

Airbus Training & Flight Operations Services (TFOS)

The Airbus South Asia team, part of Airbus’ global network, provides training solutions, flight operations support, and the NAVBLUE product range, aiming to be the partner of choice for safe, reliable, and sustainable Airbus operations.

The Airbus India Training Centre (AITC), located at the Airbus India & South Asia Headquarters in New Delhi, delivers world-class training for pilots and maintenance personnel. Utilising cutting-edge Full Flight Simulators, Virtual Reality Trainers, and Flight Training Devices, AITC offers A320 flight training for pilots and A330 type training for maintenance engineers.
