Airbus files 2019 Registration Document with Dutch AFM
Amsterdam, 23 March 2020 – Airbus SE (stock exchange symbol: AIR) has filed its Universal Registration Document for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the “2019 Registration Document”) with the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets) (the “AFM”).

This 2019 Registration Document was prepared in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/980 and has been filed in English with the AFM on 20 March 2020 in its capacity as competent authority under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 (the “Prospectus Regulation”) without prior approval pursuant to Article 9 of the Prospectus Regulation.
