·         Jürgen Wienes becomes new Managing Director, Franz Plesser to leave the Managing Board

Munich, 14 September 2017 – Jürgen Wienes has been appointed Managing Director of Airbus Bank GmbH by the company’s Supervisory Board, effective as of 1 September 2017. He takes over the management of back-office operations from Franz Plesser, who will leave the Managing Board of Airbus Bank at the end of September 2017.

Franz Plesser has been Managing Director of the bank since Airbus acquired it in December 2014 and was involved in its successful transformation over three years.

Jürgen will head Airbus Bank together with Christian Unrath, Chairman of the Managing Board.”
