The Airbus Global Graduate Programme (AGGP) is a structured programme designed to develop the next generation of skilled experts and inspirational leaders at Airbus. Over two years you’ll be on a journey of development focusing on both soft skills and the technical abilities required for your position and business area. The journey will offer a range of approaches to learning like challenging placements, workshops, and job shadowing, all delivering an invaluable experience whilst growing a broad network. You’ll be part of a global cohort, working alongside talented individuals from around the world, and contributing to projects that push the boundaries of aviation and space.

What will my experience be like?
As an AGGPian, you’ll be immersed in the fascinating world of aerospace. You might find yourself working on:
- Innovative engineering projects that push the limits of what’s possible;
- Digital technologies that transform the way we design, manufacture, and operate our products;
- Supply chain and procurement strategies that ensure the smooth flow of materials across our global operations; and
- Business administration and finance roles that support the efficient running of our company.
You'll also have annual residential training with your cohort, designed to help you develop your soft skills and business acumen.

How can I be a successful applicant, and can I use AI?
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- A maximum of three years of relevant work experience;
- Education to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study;
- Strong verbal and written communication in English;
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation;
- The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development; and
- Ensure you use AI responsibly, read our guidancehere.

How does the application process work?
- Applications open each September, but only for a short time.
- Applications for some roles may close earlier, apply early to avoid disappointment.
- Submit your application online through our careers portal.
- After you have submitted your application we will send you a link to an online test - from receiving the link you will have three days to complete the test.
- Please note that due to a technical fault there is a delay in sending invitations to this assessment. We expect the issue to be resolved by 12 September.
- If your application meets the requirements of the role, you will be able to demonstrate your motivation and potential during a virtual assessment centre.
- If you're successful at interview, you can expect to receive an offer within a week!
Can I make several applications?
We love your interest in working for Airbus but we do ask that you make only one application to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme. We encourage you to take time to decide which of our opportunities is right for you and then submit an application for the role that best represents you, your skills and experience.
Are there any limitations regarding the nationality and the age of the Global Graduate Programme candidates?
There are no limits with regard to the nationality or the age of the candidates - the Global Graduate Programme is open to candidates of any nationality, of any age. The only limitation is a maximum of three years work experience. Please take this limit into consideration when applying.
Can I be eligible for the Global Graduate Programme if I have worked more than three years?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to consider your application. The programme is designed to develop those without much professional work experience.

Does Airbus sponsor work permits and visas, and what's the salary?
Generally, yes visas and work permits are sponsored! Where this is not possible it will be made clear in the individual job description.

What kind of roles are available on the AGGP?
Roles span various areas, including engineering, digital technology, cyber security, supply chain, procurement, human resources, and finance. You'll find opportunities in innovative projects, advanced technologies, and essential business functions.
Where are the AGGP roles located?
Locations vary each year, but you can expect to see roles available in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Finland, India, China, and Singapore. We add new locations every year!
Will I have international rotations?
The programme offers opportunities for both national (3-6 months) and international (3 or 6 months) rotations but the latter are not guaranteed. Rotational placements must have a clear learning deliverable aligned with the position you are training in.
Will I receive training and development opportunities?
Yes, the AGGP includes structured training, mentoring, and support to develop your professional skills and accelerate your career. You will have soft skills training and development. There is also a Development Week, in which you will join your entire cohort in our Leadership University.
What kind of projects will I work on?
You might work on innovative engineering projects, digital technologies, supply chain management, and various business-related tasks. The projects will vary depending on your placements, and which track of the programme you are following - projects you work on will always be linked to your career path, and your development goals.
