Who is eligible for Industry Placements?

You need to be enrolled as an undergraduate student within a relevant degree field, you must remain a student for the duration of the placement which is 1 year.

When do applications open?

Applications for the 2026/7 academic year will open 1 September 2025 and close when there are enough candidates, apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

What opportunities can an Industry Placement open for me?

Whether an Industry Placement with Airbus would be your first corporate job or your seventh, you’ll gain a year's experience in your chosen area with a multinational company. You will work closely with our teams to pioneer the future of aerospace, whether designing aircraft or supporting the business operations.

You’ll be able to use your experience to join our Airbus Global Graduate Programme after you graduate.
