Our commitment to Integrity

Our commitment to integrity is built on a solid foundation of principles that guide our every action. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, which means adhering to both internationally recognised benchmarks and our own internal compass.

This approach ensures consistency and transparency across our global operations. Our principles are translated into practice through our Code of Conduct, which serves as the primary guide for all employees and directors.

This entire framework is upheld by a robust governance structure, with clear lines of executive accountability, ensuring our commitment to integrity is embedded at every level of Airbus. This page outlines these core components, which are fundamental to how we conduct business responsibly.

Core principles

We align with key international standards to ensure we operate with integrity. We support the principles of the UN Global Compact and the International Forum on Business Ethical Conduct (IFBEC). Our commitment to the FX Global Code reinforces integrity in global markets, and our recognition as one of the 2025 World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere validates our commitment to ethical leadership.

The Airbus Code of Conduct sets out the fundamental values that our company should embody. It is intended to provide employees and directors with an understanding of Airbus’ expectations and standards for ethical behaviour and responsible business practices. The Airbus Code of Conduct is the foundation for our integrity.  It guides daily behaviour and helps employees resolve the most common ethical and compliance issues they may encounter.

The Code applies to all Airbus employees, officers and directors, as well as entities that we control. Third-party stakeholders whom we engage are also expected to adhere to it when performing work on our behalf.
