Who is eligible for an apprenticeship programme in Airbus?

We accept applications apprenticeships from the last year of high school to the last year of college, in a wide range of disciplines. Please check the apprenticeship programme page of your country to learn the specific criteria to join us as an apprentice.

You will need to apply during the apprenticeship application period for to your country*.

What benefits are Airbus apprentices eligible for?

As an Airbus apprentice, you will always be rewarded for your hard work ; we will make sure you enjoy the following benefits: monthly salary, annual leave allowance (number of days can vary according to your country and local policies), academic and on-the-job training, company pension (subject to eligibility). In addition there are discretionary company success sharing bonus and optional participation in company share purchase schemes.

What does an apprenticeship or internship consist of at Airbus Poland?

Before starting your apprenticeship or internship, we’ll provide you with key organizational details. On your first day, you'll receive health and safety training, an entry card, and basic company info. 

For paid internships, you'll sign a fixed-term contract. Your tutor will introduce you to your workplace, tasks, and colleagues. For additional support, you can contact the Early Careers Program Coordinator in HR. After your program, you may be asked to complete an evaluation. 

Selection decisions are usually made by May-June for summer internships.

Which degree do I need to have to apply for an apprenticeship or internship at Airbus Poland?

Some roles may require specific educational backgrounds. For example, departments like Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing Performance & Improvement often prefer candidates with degrees in Mechanics, Energy and Aviation, Mechatronics, or related fields. 

Always send a complete resume with your educational background and a motivational letter explaining who you are, your interests, and passion for aerospace. Mention any relevant experiences or hobbies.
