On top of my role, I also am an active educator, ally, advocate and mentor, to support people at individual and collective level. 'You must 'never be fearful about what you are doing when it is right', as Rosa Parks said.

Talent and skills don't have gender. Within my team, people are selected and developed based on their strengths and competency resulting in one of the most diverse and balanced engineering teams in Airbus Helicopters Mexico.

I inspire inclusion everyday performing a role as a woman, and demonstrating our capabilities through my work.

Neurodiversity is just another way of thinking; another way of working. I always try to communicate my working preferences and ask people theirs instead of assuming.
