This isn’t a typical workshop or discussion. It’s a quiet, guided hour of self-reflection and focused work designed to help you move forward on a challenge of your choice - without ever needing to speak or share your thoughts.
Led by a coach from Airbus Leadership University, you’ll use simple prompts and proven coaching techniques to think clearly, find direction, and leave with a tool you can use anytime.
What to expect:
- Make tangible progress on a specific personal or professional challenge
- Learn a simple, repeatable coaching method for self-guided reflection
- Gain clarity and direction through quiet reflection as you approach the end of the year Whether you’re facing a decision, looking for direction, or simply want a mindful pause in your busy day, this session is for you.

The WIN Mentoring programme
Learning from each other
Started in 2014, the yearly WIN Mentoring programme sets up a trustful partnership between 2 people, where the Mentor shares their knowledge and experience through a structured discussion with their Mentee. A two-way relationship, in which the mentor gains a deeper insight into the challenges at the different levels of the organisation, and the mentee who opens up about the new insights of their job.
This initiative encompasses over 100 pairs of mentors and mentees worldwide, through all Airbus entities.
