GenA or Generation Airbus is an internationally empowered community of Airbus people from all locations, sites, functions, genders, generations and nationalities, manoeuvring towards the “We Are One” Airbus culture. 

Active in 16 sites in all three business divisions, GenA promotes knowledge sharing, networking opportunities, and a more diverse and inclusive environment. 

Its mission? Bringing generations together to continue pioneering sustainable aerospace for a safe and united world.

GenA talks

Every month, GenA talks provide an opportunity to discover various professions and activities from all Airbus business divisions. The talks are also a great chance to connect with our speakers and community during engaging networking sessions, designed to enable and facilitate career opportunities.

Since 2023, over 20 GenA Talks have taken place globally, bringing together more than 200 participants - both online and onsite - across Airbus.
