Network connecting people with disabilities

ADAPT is an employee resource group aiming to change perception, build a caring network, and provide support to those who have or are affected by disability. 

The ADAPT network is currently spread across France, Germany, Spain, UK, China and the United States. 

Over the last few years, the ADAPT network has facilitated a number of events, supporting our goal of raising awareness and engaging Airbus employees regarding disabilities, and also supporting charities.

Lunchtime sessions with inspiring speakers - both inside and outside of Airbus - to spread awareness on the topic of Disability.

Organising workshops and conferences to raise awareness on disabilities and inspire talents through powerful life stories.
