Before Your First Day

You’re about to embark on a great journey! While waiting to step in Airbus’ backstage, here are a few things you need to do.

MyPULSE is a central tool at Airbus. You can set personal goals, access hundreds of trainings, change jobs within Airbus and so much more.

It has a dedicated space for newcomers: the Onboarding dashboard, in which you’ll find
pre-boarding and onboarding information, contacts and tasks to complete.

Access the Onboarding dashboard by checking out your inbox for your login ID. A temporary password will be sent to you in another email. Once you have both, head to MyPULSE.

You’re on a temporary contract? Temporary agencies will provide 1st day details and will be your contact point.

Go to MyPULSE

Check your inbox in MyPULSE to review the activities you need to complete before your 1st day.

• Code of conduct
• Passport and Visas
• Emergency contacts
• Contact information
• Bank account

All steps are mandatory and need to be completed as soon as possible.

Heads up! Before meeting your team & manager, you will be requested to pick up your badge at the security badge office.

A temporary or permanent badge will be delivered, in order for you to enter Airbus premises.

For Airbus SAS & Aircraft sites a specific process is applicable in order to anticipate high volumes of newcomers.

In order to anticipate the creation of your badge, simply send your picture to the email address you’ll receive. Do it at least 3 working days before Day 1.

Photo guidelines:

• Clear, recent and colored photo
• Face uncovered towards the camera
• Eyes open
• No smiling
• No hair over ears and neck
• Hair must stay inside the frame
• Bare-headed

Managers or Buddy come to the badge office to pick you up and show you around to your workplace.

Double check with your manager who will pick you up on your 1st day. Get their name and mobile number.
