Malaysia Airlines extends FHS contract for A330ceo

Singapore, 23 September 2026 – Malaysia Airlines has confirmed an extension of Airbus’ industry-leading Flight Hour Services (FHS) programme for its A330ceo fleet. The announcement was made at a signing ceremony between Airbus and Malaysia Airlines at the MRO Asia-Pacific event in Singapore.

The long-term power-by-the-hour contract covers integrated component services, including on-site stock, pool access, repair services and component reliability engineering. The airline will also benefit from Airbus’ engineering expertise and FHS regional representatives to support the daily maintenance activities.

The agreement solidifies Airbus FHS as the primary maintenance support for Malaysia Airlines’ A330ceos since 2017, and the A330neos which began in 2024.
