Airbus has formally ended the ‘Airbus: The First 50 Years’ book project announced in May 2018, which was due for release in 2019.

Airbus acknowledges the quality of the finished manuscript, which was delivered to the company and its designated publisher, Urbane Publications, on time in January 2019, by the book’s author, the distinguished former New York Times journalist, Nicola Clark.

This decision reflects a shift in Airbus’ communication content goals.
