With our Airbus e-Learning portal, I have enrolled in many courses which have helped me in my professional and personal development.

Airbus recognizes the importance of lifelong learning and the need to provide training to our employees to upskill their competencies and meet current and future business needs. Apart from that, we value our employees’ personal development, which will help them to grow in their career.

Tse Xin, our Training Support Manager at Airbus Asia Training Centre, is one of the many employees who tapped on Airbus e-Learning portal to expand her skillsets and competencies in areas beneficial to her current work scope.

“From 2019 till present, I have attended a few online courses that are made available to all employees on our e-Learning portal. These courses include Introduction to Big Data and Google Apps Script Training for Beginning. On a day-to-day basis, I deal with lots of data and it is of my own interest to learn how I can incorporate what I have learned. It is a good platform for employees to explore a new topic”, shared Tse Xin.

In addition to online courses, Tse Xin had the opportunity to attend Management Basics & Leadership Foundations, a training module which aims to build a stronger foundation in the basic behaviors of management and leadership.

“There are many concepts shared during the training which could apply to not only managing your own team, but also stakeholders you work closely with. Since attending this course, I have changed my ways in managing and working with stakeholders.”

Development of soft skills is equally important as technical skills and Airbus is proud to be able to enable employees to excel in both aspects, in their respective learning journey.
