The Henry Potez private technical college

As an integral part of Industrilab, near the Airbus Atlantic facility in Méaulte, our in-house Henry Potez private technical college trains young people for careers in the aircraft industry.

With a first-class infrastructure and the ability to draw on this regional innovation hub, the college provides basic training and apprenticeship-based programs for tomorrow’s aircraft industry professionals.

The partnership agreement in place between the Henry Potez private technical college and the French Ministry of Education ensures a constant stream of potential new employees, fully trained:

  • to CAP vocational diploma level in industrial metalworking and welding
  • to Aircraft Technician technical college baccalaureate (Bac Professionnel) level, specializing in aerostructures

The college is also home to the FORMAERO training center, which provides in-service training for employees of Airbus Atlantic and its industry partners.
Its training programs focus particularly on quality, engineering, LEAN manufacturing, methods and trade-specific modules for production operators.
