With HQ at Britain’s Civil Helicopter Hub at the London Oxford Airport, the Company provides and supports all of the nation’s police helicopters, supplies nearly two-thirds of its air ambulance helicopters, and has more than 40 helicopters in UK military service. Furthermore, all British military helicopter pilots receive their training on Airbus helicopters.

Military operations and training support
Missions in focus
Every UK military helicopter pilot or crew member trains on the Airbus H135 Juno and H145 Jupiter helicopters, operated by the UK Military Flight Training System and supported by some 150 Airbus technicians who are fully embedded in military training operations.
In addition, Airbus Helicopters’ H145 Jupiters are in service with British Forces supporting the country’s overseas commitments, including Brunei and Cyprus

Customer support and services
What we do
Airbus Helicopters offers customers in the UK optimal maintenance service that reduces aircraft downtime and ensures that customers benefit from the highest number of flight hours per year. In addition, the company's training services in Oxford provide customers a range of courses both for technical and pilot training which includes certification for technicians and engineers.

Airbus Helicopters in the UK is an EASA and CAA certified Design and Production Organisation Approval (DOA and POA) with 50 years of experience. The company is certified to design, flight test and install a wide range of options on Airbus Helicopters aircraft. In addition, as an Airbus Helicopters Authorised Design Organisation, the company’s engineering experts are available to design customised optional STC equipment and carry out installations and modifications.
