Marta Gonzalez Quintairos

Marta Gonzalez Quintairos is Corporate Secretary and an Airbus Helicopters Executive Committee member as of February 1, 2026. In this role, she is responsible for supporting Airbus Helicopters’ Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Bruno Even, the Executive Committee, and the Corporate functions.

Throughout her career at Airbus, Marta has held roles that delivered impactful results across key international projects. Most recently, she served as Head of Support and Services H135/H145 Plateau, based between Marseille, France, and Donauwörth, Germany. Marta previously served as Head of Industrial Version Managers and Change Board. In this role, she was instrumental in the H160 ramp-up, successfully overseeing a significant increase in aircraft deliveries. Her expertise in operational efficiency and process optimisation was further demonstrated during her tenure in Donauwörth, where she spearheaded a project that led to the significant reduction in lead time for complex repair components .

Marta’s foundational experience with the Company began at Airbus Defence and Space in Seville, where she managed Lean Manufacturing initiatives for the C295 Moving Line.

Marta Gonzalez Quintairos holds a degree in aerospace engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She also earned a Master in Business Administration (Aerospace MBA) from EOI – Escuela de Organización Industrial and a Master in Project Management from Esden Business School. She speaks multiple languages, including Spanish, English, Germany, French and Italian.
