Toulouse, 6 April 2017 – Airbus (stock exchange symbol: AIR) on 5 April 2017 placed  U.S. $ 750 million in U.S. dollar bonds with a 30-year maturity and a fixed coupon of 3.950 percent, and U.S. $ 750 million in U.S. dollar bonds with a 10-year maturity and a fixed coupon of 3.150 percent, in each case with institutional investors in a private placement.

The proceeds of this transaction will be used for general corporate purposes.

Issuance and settlement of the bonds are expected to occur on 10 April 2017, subject to customary conditions.
