This agreement includes various areas of collaboration, particularly at the level of academic life, preferential internship offerings, regular participation in conferences, forums and company visits. Furthermore, support for and the development of training/work experience for engineers, along with international cooperation and exchange programmes are also being promoted through this agreement.
Joint information and awareness-raising actions on the subject of diversity are also planned with this agreement to encourage and favour social and cultural or disability-related diversity, and inspire people to pursue careers in the aeronautical industry, particularly young women.
