As a truly global company, Airbus believes that it is crucial for its employees and apprentices to enhance their experience of and exposure to different cultures. The Intercultural Competencies Programme (ICP) enables apprentices and students from all Airbus sites across Europe to study and work together on professional and personal challenges.
This internal apprentice programme, which consists of four constituent parts, offers among other things:
Transnational standardised workshops about the basic principles of intercultural competencies
Exchange programmes with France and Great Britain
Intercultural trainings with apprentices of other nations
Full phases of the vocational training abroad (three to six months)
