Power Supply Regulators (PSR)
AIRBUS Defence and Space‘s PSR 100V MKII is a fully qualified fault tolerant off the shelf unit developed by AIRBUS Defence and Space for telecom satellites under ESA initiative. Its power handling capacity ranges up to 23kW at 100V. The PSR design is based on a modular approach in order to cope with specific mission requirements byminimizing the non-recurring costs. Its internal architecture is designed to comply with the reliability target with a single unit per spacecraft. It also provides an option for up to 2 fault tolerant secondary buses (50V or 28V).
On board on Alphabus, E3000, E3000-NEO and Galileo, selected by major operators but also on board with other spacecrafts manufacturers, the PSR 100V MKII takes legacy heritage from PSR 50V with more than 80 units in flight on several platforms in the world.
EVO PCDU
EVO is a state-of-the-art PCDU product based on a flexible modular concept, developed in the framework of the Myriade-Evolution platform. It is the solution of choice for applications within a wide range of power and offers in one unit both major functionalities of an Electrical Power System.
Pureline Pearl
PureLine Pearl is the core element of the spacecraft electrical power subsystem and comprises the following main functions:
- Conditioning of primary power sources from solar array and battery
- Distribution of switched, fuse protected power lines to supply external users and heater loads
- Fuse protection lines up to 5 Amp class
- Bus capacitance to offer low impedance point for the avionics
- TM & TC interface with OBC via redundant CAN serial bus and discrete commands
- Removable fuse plug to ease satellite integration
