Anthony Baker is Vice President of Customer Support for Airbus Helicopters North America.
In this executive role, Anthony is responsible for communicating with customers across North America, analyzing and understanding the service needs of current and potential customers and proposing solutions, and for developing the company’s strategic service plan to help grow and sustain business.
Anthony began his career in 1995 as a technician working primarily on fixed-wing components and rotor blades. In 1997, he helped lead the company’s development of blade repair capabilities and was instrumental in the construction of a new repair facility, which captured more than 90 percent of the blade repair market share within just a few years.
In 2005, Anthony was appointed Director of Customer Support responsible for sales of support and services.
Anthony moved to France in 2010 to serve as Senior Manager for Business Development for Airbus Helicopters, where he worked closely with the marketing, strategy and the sales department to expand the worldwide reach of Airbus Helicopters. As Senior Manager, Anthony led numerous projects, to support AH customers on a global scale. He returned to Airbus Helicopters Inc. in 2015 where he was nominated VP of Customer Support North America.
Anthony is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University, where he earned a degree in business management and business administration.
