Stewart Thomas is an Aircraft Fitter here at Airbus, and to him, creativity means “being able to turn dreams into reality”. He appreciates the importance of creativity for all employees, who should have the time, space and tools to bring their creative ideas to life and develop solutions. It’s key for us that everyone has the tools to do this, whether it be reducing fuel emissions, or constantly improving passenger comfort on long haul flights.
Dharmesh Shah, Business Innovation Manager at Airbus
