Time to “fly your ideas:” Airbus is accepting entries for the fourth edition of its student competition

Students around the world are getting ready to “reach for the skies” with Airbus as the deadline for entering the company’s Fly Your Ideas 2015 contest approaches. Supported by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the biennial Fly Your Ideas competition challenges teams of 3-5 students to develop innovative concepts for aviation’s future.
For Round 1, during which teams submit their ideas, Airbus will continue accepting registrations and project proposals by 1 December. At the end of three progressively challenging rounds, the winning team will be selected from five finalists by a panel of Airbus and Industry experts in June 2015.  Fly Your Ideas’ top-prize is €30,000, with €15,000 awarded to the second-place team.
