Airbus has rolled out Helionix Step 3 on the H145, an enhanced version of Airbus’ Helionix avionics suite that enhances situational awareness, improves availability, accelerates helicopter connectivity, and reduces maintenance costs.
Visitors have the opportunity to see an H175 equipped for oil & gas missions and operated by Heli-Holland at Helitech 2018.
Show goers discover an EMS-configured H145 in operation with Dutch operator ANWB and a full scale mock-up of the H160 fitted in an EMS configuration.
The H145 is tailored for primary/secondary missions and intensive care transport – benefitting from the easy and safe loading/unloading of patients through wide side sliding doors and large rear clamshell doors.
Nearly 550 helicopters representing 146 customers are sharing data with Airbus Helicopters with the goal of gaining actionable intelligence that improves operational performance and business results.
MRX Systems, Rusada, Ramco and Traxxall have signed agreements with Airbus Helicopters enabling their maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) databases to be connected with Airbus systems.
The next-generation H160 and the tried and true H145 are in EMS configurations at the Airbus stand, Hall 8, booth E60 at Helitech International.
The moment an Airbus helicopter is delivered, one of the company’s primary missions begins: providing the customer with the necessary support and services to carry out their operations efficiently, safely and cost-effectively.
Show goers can take a close look at a full scale mock-up of the H160 fitted in an EMS configuration. With the largest cabin in its class, wide opening sliding door and roll-in stretcher capacity, the H160 is the next generation high intensive care helicopter ideal for long distances critical patient or incubator transport.
