Airbus will showcase a wide selection of its advanced sustainable aerospace technologies and services at the prestigious ‘Aero India 2021’ exhibition to be held in Bengaluru from February 3 to 5, 2021.
Airbus Helicopters has delivered the first three of the 11 AS565 MBe Panther helicopters to Indonesia, ahead of contract schedule, at a ceremony at Airbus Helicopters’ headquarters in Marignane, in the presence of representatives from Indonesia’s Ministry of Defence and the Indonesian Navy.
The Mexican Navy yesterday took delivery of the first of the ten AS565 MBe Panther helicopters it purchased in 2014, becoming the first customer in the world to receive the new version of this multi-role, medium-class military rotorcraft. The Navy will receive three other units before the end of the year and the remaining six by early 2018.
The king of the seas, the well-known naval version of Airbus Helicopters’ Panther helicopter will receive qualification this summer, followed by the first deliveries to the Mexican and Indonesian navies scheduled for later this year.
