Please quote your name, National Insurance number, the name of the Pension Scheme of which you are a member and a contact number in all written and mailed correspondence.


The Scheme is set up under a Trust which means it is legally separate from the employers who participate in the Scheme. The Trustee manages the Scheme on behalf of members and in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules.

There are a number of documents detailed below which help you to understand how the Trustee manages the scheme. If you wish to recieve a copy of any of these documents, please contact the Pensions Manager.

Trust Deed & Rules

The Trust Deed & Rules contains the detailed provisions of the Scheme and governs how the Scheme is run. They will override the contents of this website or any other document to the extent there are any inconsistencies.

This sets out the Trustee’s policy on how it invests the assets of the Scheme.

Internal Disputes Resolution Procedure

This procedure enables you to raise formal complaints with the Trustee. Of course we hope that you should be able to resolve any disputes with the scheme contacts or administrators in the first instance.
