An internship offer in "Takt Adherence 2.0" has just opened, within Airbus, in Toulouse.
The applicant will integrate the ESYD service within the Plant Engineering department of St Eloi.
This mission aims to contribute to an improvement project whose objective is to prepare engineering Pylons teams for production ramp up, on Single Aisle aircraft production lines.
We can divide the mission into two activities:
i) - Cluster "Skills, Tools and Process" to define, prepare, pilot and organize a "Plant Engineering day" event, on the Saint Eloi plant. It will bring together the key players (Engineering, Production, and Quality) to raise awareness on the new processes, tools and working methods. It aims at focusing on the Multifunctional Team to be developed / intensified to contribute to the achievement of the ambitious ramp up objective.
ii) - "Digitalization and Mobility" cluster to help digitize the tools and processes used by Plant Engineering teams to improve the robustness of these latter and increase productivity. This will imply participating to the deployment phase of the first modules within the first half of 2019 and the specification phase of the modules to be deployed in the second half of the year.

• The candidate will be in Engineering degree Master, focusing on Mechanics and Structure
• an interest/knowledge in Plant Engineering (Production Processes, Tools and Quality) is essential.
• Proper use of VBA tools and web configuration would be ideal
• The candidate will liaise with different Airbus departments and partners, so good communication and social skills are needed.
• Advanced French level is essential and an intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken) required
• Finally, change management skills would be a plus
The 6-month internship will begin in April (the date is subject to some flexibility).
