Business Manager - Maintenance Training

Deliverables:

  • Airbus Maintenance Training to Airbus operators and MRO in the region, delivered from both existing location in Bangalore and Delhi.
  • Team Management of Maintenance Training from team in Bangalore and Delhi, including recruitment of new instructors.

Ground Instructor

Overview:

  • Bachelor Degree or relevant field with 3-5 years of experience.
  • The candidate should be a Science/ Engineering graduate from a recognized Board/ University or a qualified pilot/ flight navigator/SFI/TRI/DE.
  • Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Have at least two years of teaching experience as a Ground Instructor in an aviation organization.

 

Preferred curricula:

  • Candidates having current DGCA approval as Ground Instructor on A320 family aircraft will be preferred.
  • Candidates having the scope to teach more than one of these modules (technical/ performance part / special operations (LVO, PBN, EDTO, EFB etc.) on A320 family aircraft will be preferred.

 

Job Description:

The Ground Instructor will carry out ground training in technical, performance and specialized course content (LVO, EDTO etc.) He shall have good knowledge and communication skill for imparting training. System Installation Engineer – AIRFRAME

Description:

Physical Design & Integration (PDI) team is responsible for Airframe Electrical System Installation (ESI) & Mechanical System Installation (MSI) Architecture and Integration activities. Within the PDI framework, Architecture & Integration involves the concept studies and architecture integration for System Installation areas.

 

Qualification & Experience:

Type Rating Instructor (TRI)

Job Experience – 10 Years

 

Job Description:

  • The Type Rating Instructor will conduct simulator training, line training and line checking / Initial Operating Experience (IOE) on A320 family aircraft.
  • He/she shall have good knowledge and communication skill for imparting training and evaluate trainees progress.
  • He shall be free from prejudice and strong likes and dislikes.
  • He/she should be capable of instilling high standard of discipline among the aircrew and shall have balanced attitude towards them.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct line training and line checking / Initial Operating Experience (IOE) for pilots in the airline
  • Conducting simulator training on Airbus Pilot Transition (APT) trainers, Full Flight simulators(FFS), including briefing, debriefing to the required standard, as directed by the  Head of Flight Training and in adherence with the Airbus Standards and Flight training policy
  • Deliver any other specific training courses as required
  • To update his/her professional and technical knowledge on the applicable regulation, training procedures etc.
  • Gives minimum contact days as agreed with the Head of Flight Training
  • Support safety initiatives related to Training and Flight Operations
  • Contribute towards ensuring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

Specialized knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Hold an valid ATPL license

Pilot on Commercial airplane with 5-10 years of experience.

Flying experience on other Airbus fleet (A330 etc.) will be an added advantage.

Preference- Synthetic Flight Instructors on Airbus A320 family aircraft will be preferred.

The Synthetic Flight Instructor will conduct out simulator training on A320 family aircraft. He shall have good knowledge and communication skill for imparting training. Job Description:

  • The job holder is responsible for delivering Global Architecture Mockup and associated System engineering tasks for different aircraft programs on Time, Cost and Quality.

 

The various activities to be performed are:

  • Creation and update of Physical System architecture based upon a given Target configuration and associated input:
    - Screening and Implementation of Change Request
    - Convergence check of Geometry between Global Architecture Mockup  and  Detailed design (Digital Mockup) and necessary implementation
    - Convergence check of electrical routes/function between Global Architecture Mockup  and CIRCE (Treatment estimation tool)

System Testing Engineer

Role Purpose:

The tester’s principal aim is to confirm and support the safe, reliable and effective operation of Airbus product related features and functions across sub-system, system and aircraft levels, primarily using ground based test rigs and the analysis of flight test and in-service data. 

The jobholder will contribute to the Avionics system Integration testing by preparing & performing system tests and analyse the test results on all Airbus programs using Remote and/or Virtual Test Means. 

Main Responsibilities  

Carry Out:

  • Define System testing methods, strategy and planning, execute tests, record results, perform analysis, record and classify defects. Writing summaries of test outcomes, Test Result Analysis, certification cards
  • Use of appropriate means to perform real time analysis and support to flight test, the analysis and defect identification from flight test analysis  - reporting on system behaviour from Flight Test Report execution, produce Flight Test Report Analysis

Digital Engineering (SDE) is in charge of designing and delivering software solutions in collaboration with IM, DTO and other involved domains, from experimentation to industrialization, including evolutive and corrective maintenance. Full Stack developer – PostgreSQL & Node.js

Description:

  • To be responsible for designing and developing IT products, particular to be responsible for the design and implementation of API services used inside the Core ELEC system for Aircraft electrical data.
  • He/she builds/assembles high-quality code on both COTS and custom built applications to fulfil a defined purpose. Keeps up-to-date with new and emerging technologies including ability autonomously develop POCs.
