Activities: Analyse primary structural components of commercial aircraft in support of design activities using Finite Element approach. Develop and Analyze detailed FEM. Perform non-linear stress analysis under static and transient conditions
Required Domain Expertise: Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineer with experience from aircraft industry.
Required Technical Expertise: Strength of materials, linear and non‐linear stress analysis, sub‐modelling and sub‐structuring; Working knowledge of ABAQUS, PATRAN / HYPERMESH, PYTHON / FORTRAN, CATIA V5.
Experience: 2 - 8 yrs.

DMC ASSESSMENT ENGINEER

Activities: To support computation of Direct Maintenance Cost ( DMC) of Aircraft Structures and Systems
Required Domain Expertise: Bachelors – Aeronautical / Mechanical / AME
Required Technical Expertise: Good knowledge on Aircraft Structures and Systems. A Good knowledge on estimation of maintenance cost of A/C components
Activities /Tasks :
- To make DMC assessment through the development of a program
- Make as assessment of DMC based upon available input at various stages of the program development
- To Mature the assessment using appropriate tools at every maturity gate
- Make logical estimates where sufficient input is not available
- Proposes ideas to minimize DMC of the component
- Prepare AORL report
Tasks to be carried out in accordance with the specifications , schedule and applicable policies

STANDARD PART TASK LEADER
Job Code: W9 – Standard Part Task Leader (to be mentioned in the subject line)
Activities: The job holder collects expectations, analyzes and validates the need for standard parts (mechanical and electrical) from various internal customers
- Specify how to assemble standard parts on sub – assembly and define repair procedures
- Monitor qualification of standard parts at supplier end and mitigate any risks to TCQ
- Optimize number of standard pats for systems to minimize installation cost
- Set up and validate technical specifications of new standard parts
Report all activities.
Required Domain Expertise: Masters from reputed Institute (Engineering / Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulics )
Required Technical Expertise: Good knowledge on System Engineering Fundamentals. Good knowledge on Qualification of standard parts and manufacturing process. Good Project Management skills
Experience: 5 - 10 yrs.
