HR Excellence Awards 2012

EADS have recently been awarded the “HR Excellence” award for best practice in Human Resources by the CRF Institute who have identified Britain’s top employers.

“The HR Excellence” was awarded to the top ten companies from a total of 83.

At the end of the award ceremony, there were a number of presentations including ‘motivation & engagement’ which rewarded the top companies (featured in the article below).

Aspects such as communication with employees, corporate social responsibility activities, wellness programmes, development for workers and the corporate culture values were some of the criteria evaluated by a jury of experts in HR.
