First real career steps for undergraduates

Internships

We offer internships in France, Germany, Spain, UK and internationally. There are options to work in disciplines such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, finance, IT and communications. The programme gives an invaluable insight into potential career paths.

Airbus also supports final year students who are working towards their Bachelor or Masters thesis. We offer challenging projects tackling real problems, thereby increasing technical, methodological and social skills. These usually last five to six months and students can apply in the same way as a regular internship.

About your applications

The application process for internships varies depending on which country you applying to and which scheme you are interested in.

You will need to apply online and, if your application is successful, you will usually participate in a telephone interview. This will normally be conducted in English but, if required, it can be in the local language. You may also need to attend an assessment centre.

Please Note: Due to the popularity of the scheme, we would advise all candidates to apply at least four to six months in advance of the advertised start date. If you are a non-EU citizen, you may need to obtain a work visa, so please be aware that this will add processing time to your application.

Choose one of the countries to obtain more information on student visa requirements: France, Germany, Spain, UK.
