About the programme

PROGRESS offers the opportunity to work in multinational teams at different Airbus locations and the sites of the various EADS companies. It was launched by our parent company, EADS, to attract high quality graduates and professionals with a maximum of three years professional experience (including internships longer than 6 months) and a minimum of twelve months experience abroad.

The programme is designed to equip you with the skills required to excel in top Airbus and EADS management positions in the future. Lasting two years, it gives you the chance to work in multinational teams on projects in engineering, manufacturing and support functions such as finance, marketing and HR. It equips you with a thorough knowledge of the company and a global network of colleagues and senior management.
