Entry Requirements

You will need to have a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent. Relevant degree subjects include:

Business with Human Resources Management, Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Business with modules in HR

Part or full membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is preferred and fluency in French, German or Spanish would be desirable. Ideally these should be coupled with some work experience gained in a Human Resources Department.

Development & Improvement - Developing and improving both people and process within the HR function, whilst ensuring the new processes and systems support the business requirements in line with the planning and controlling of HR Financial planning (AOP) forecasting and budgeting. 

Labour Relations & Social Policies - Responsible for communicating all changes to policies and ensuring they are legally compliant in the Airbus format, after consultation/negotiating with the Trade Unions.  Also providing upto date employment law advice to the business.
