Direct Entry Graduate programme

The application process for entry to our 2014 Direct Entry Graduate programme is now CLOSED. Please check our website in Autumn for further information about our 2015 intake.

Our DEG programme presents an excellent opportunity to help design and manufacture the most eco-efficient, state-of-the-art aircraft. It’s not just for engineers though; we’re also seeking graduates for other roles such as Finance, Human Resources and Procurement.

A two-year programme (three years for Finance) that combines structured placements and focused training, offering graduates the invaluable opportunity to master the managerial and technical skills as required by Airbus.

While the programme is structured, it isn’t rigid. It offers you the opportunity to tailor your first two years with Airbus, combining a number of rotational placements with specialist training in the UK, as well as France, Germany and Spain.

We are looking for high-achieving, motivated graduates who are fluent in written and spoken English. If you meet the required performance level, share our passion for aviation and drive for excellence; then this is your chance to be part of the next chapter of our unique and exciting story. With Airbus you can push the boundaries of technology. Explore possibilities. Work in an environment where everyone has the same goal: to be the best they can possibly be.
