Registration

1. Download and print two copies of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) together with the Company Registration Form.

2. Fill in these documents. The Company Registration Form (CRF) is a form that you fill in with all the necessary information about your company, your administrator and your Documentation Manager.

3. Have the GTCs and the CRF signed by an authorized representative of the company (your senior manager for instance).

4. Send the signed paper copies to your Airbus Buyer / contact who will send you back a signed original copy for you to keep.

5. Your Airbus contact will send a copy of the GTC and the CRF to the administrators of the AirbusSupply Portal. admin.airbussupply@airbus.com

6. Once all necessary information has been provided, Airbus will contact the administrator via e-mail to give him/her a login and temporary password to connect to the portal.

About the delegated administration

The User Entity Administrator (UEA) is an employee appointed by the supplier to manage the supplier's users' access to the AirbusSupply portal and to its various applications and services.

Every supplier who deals with Airbus must know the UEA’s name and contact details.

The Administrator is the privileged Supplier/Airbus go-between with regard to the supplier portal, and will be informed of all new developments and changes concerning the portal.

The Delegated administration is managed thanks to the UEA tool:

• allowing administrators to manage users' rights
• allowing administrators to grant users access to Airbus services (with prior written approval from Airbus),
• allowing greater freedom to the administrators,
• enabling administrators to support any user at any time.

The UEA tool is accessible in a dedicated AirbusSupply area called 'The Administrators community'. This workspace helps administrators in their day-to-day business thanks to FAQ’s, support contact details and latest news on the tool's evolutions.
