Three training modules are offered at different locations worldwide and additionally a customized seminar at customers’ facilities. Complemented by innovative e-learning tools each module provides comprehensive knowledge of material management in the aviation industry.

Consulting – the recipe of high performance

Material management consulting services help customers to work as efficiently as possible. They enable them to benefit from up-to-date best practices and trends in the material management domain developed with numerous airline industry actors. Services such as the spares management process review as well as spares re-provisioning support and spares inventory review help customers to improve their supply chain and logistics processes and offer spares provisioning consultancy and inventory review support.
