The film herein are Airbus property and is proprietary document (hereinafter the « Film »). © Airbus SAS 2013 – All rights reserved.

By taking delivery of the Film, by any means whatsoever, you agree in your name and on behalf of your company to be bound by and comply with the following terms and conditions:

. you are allowed to use (represent and edit) the Film in its whole for the sole purpose for which it has been provided to you;

. Any commercial use of all or part of the Film is forbidden without prior and written consent of Airbus, including notably for advertising or promotional purposes whatever the mean and media;

. you shall always use the Film with the given authors credits, if need be;

. you shall not amend, alter or otherwise modify all or part of the Film;

. you shall not publish, post, broadcast or otherwise circulate all or part of the Film on any computer network or on any other media whatsoever, without the prior consent of Airbus;

. you shall not sell, rent, license or otherwise transfer all or part of the Film to any third party, without prior and written consent of Airbus;

No other rights than those restrictively provided herein are granted in respect of the Film.

Airbus reserves the right to deny usage of the Film to individual persons or entities if Airbus deems that such usage might be detrimental to its interests or image.

To the extent permitted by the laws of France, the Film is made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Airbus makes no warranty, express or implied, in relation to the Film including the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of non-infringement of third parties rights.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute in connection with these terms and conditions shall, failing amicable arrangement, be settled by and submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse (France).
