Airbus Military today delivered Australia’s second A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT), less than one month after handover of its initial aircraft – which was received for operation by the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) on 1 June. Designated the KC-30A in RAAF service, the country’s newest A330 MRTT was converted by Qantas Defence Services in Brisbane, Australia. The third aircraft currently is undergoing its conversion process in Brisbane, with delivery scheduled for later this year.
