Airbus has begun a global series of symposiums for company managers that underscore its commitment to achieving a "zero-defect" culture. The "On board with Quality" seminars challenge all Airbus areas and functions to accelerate quality improvements, and highlight the importance of working with suppliers to deliver quality at each stage of the chain. After the first session in Toulouse, France during February, additional symposiums will take place this year in Europe, China and North America.
