Airbus posts positive numbers in customer satisfaction survey

Sixty-two per cent of respondents rated Airbus' customer services as very good or excellent in the company's 13th annual customer satisfaction improvement programme survey, the results of which were released on 31 March. By comparison, Airbus competitors scored 51 per cent. Customer relations, flight operations, and engineering and maintenance were cited as strong points for Airbus in the survey, which was completed by almost 900 customers - representing 97 per cent of the airlines sampled.
