French President Opens Paris Air Show 2015 Flying On A350 XWB

French President François Hollande was welcomed by Tom Enders, Airbus Group CEO, Marwan Lahoud, Airbus Group Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer and current GIFAS President, and other Airbus Group senior executives at the Group’s Pavilion, after flying on an A350 XWB test aircraft to the Paris Air Show.

On the occasion of President Hollande’s visit, Tom Enders said: “We are honoured that the French President has chosen the A350 XWB to fly to the Paris Air Show. The 51st edition of this tradition-rich gathering here once again underlines the successes of the aerospace industry and its importance for the global economy. This opening by François Hollande is the first highlight of the show”.
