Airbus Defence and Space joins the FIRST Security Community

Airbus Defence and Space has just become, as a German security supplier, member of the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST). FIRST, formed in 1990, is the leading non-profit organisation to bring together a variety of computer security incident response teams from government, commercial, and educational organisations from all over the world with the aim of fostering cooperation and coordination in incident prevention, stimulate rapid reaction to incidents, and promoting information sharing among members and the community at large.

“FIRST brings together selected organisations and specialists in order to counter the ever evolving cyber threat. We are very pleased to become a member of this restricted community, bringing in our recognized Cyber Security incidence response expertise and innovation power”, said Markus Kolland, Head of CyberSecurity at Airbus Defence and Space in Germany.
