Airbus’ A350 XWB jetliner is ready for the spotlight at the Dubai Airshow as part of its Middle East demonstration tour that is showcasing this highly-efficient member of the company’s market-leading widebody product line.
The A350 XWB’s Dubai Airshow presence is the third stop in a high-profile demo tour for airlines across the Middle East region, which kicked off earlier this week with visits to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait City, Kuwait, before the jetliner’s arrival in the United Arab Emirates. Following the Dubai Air Show, the tour will conclude in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, marking the A350 XWB’s first-ever appearance in Africa.
The Middle East demonstration tour is being carried out by Airbus’ cabin-equipped MSN002 developmental A350-900 jetliner. During the Dubai Airshow, the aircraft will be displayed in Airbus’ static exhibition area and also performing in the air show’s flying presentations.
