After completing my Masters in Management of International Trade, I did several internships at Eurocopter in different departments including Procurement, Customer Services and Finance. These started to build my knowledge of the aeronautical industry and especially in industrial controlling. After that I joined Airbus.
Now I am on the VIE Programme at Airbus in Bremen (Germany) as an Engineering Domain Controller in the Centre of Competence (CoC) Structure. My role has many different aspects. But essentially I help and advise the Head of the Domain department, plan and control programme workloads, resources and costs. That involves quite a bit of reporting, making sure all the necessary information is analysed and communicated.
Each assignment brings a new challenge, which means I'm constantly improving my financial skills as well as my company and industry knowledge. Airbus is a great company for a young professional like me because you're given responsibility very early in your career. Also, I get to work on a beautiful product!
