Intern. Human Resources Department in Madrid/Getafe, Spain

Talking about my academic background, I have a degree in Psychology, a Master in Business Management and Human Resources and a Postgrade in Competences Development in International Markets, this last course is part of my training in the company.

In my current role, I am supporting the Human Resources Competence manager of Airbus Military in the different national and transnational projects.

My position is based on the analysis and identification of the competences of the people, also I am in constant touch with the learning manager in order to help her with the delivery and budget control of the training plans.

An important thing for me about this role is that I am having the experience of working with the integration of Airbus Military and Airbus Operations SL which I think is adding value to my profile.

I honestly recommend Airbus as a place to work in because it offers the possibility to all of its employees to develop a career in different areas, different countries and with a good professional environment.

What I have learned since the moment I entered here is that in this company you will learn to be a good professional, a good worker and the most important a good person.
