Satori Air Services, Inc., American Eurocopter & Diehl Avionics, Inc. recognized as top performers in 2007
Satori Air Services, Inc, based in Montreal, Canada has once again been named the premier repair support center in the Americas by Airbus's North American customer support team (ANACS). Second and third place honors went to American Eurocopter in Grand Prairie, TX and Diehl Avionics, Inc. in Sterrett, Ala., respectively.
Support Centers, commonly known as repair stations, are companies licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration to repair, exchange, modify and distribute airplane parts and systems that have been manufactured by one of Airbus' direct suppliers or original equipment manufacturers (OEM), or in some cases, subsidiaries of the OEM. In selecting the winners, ANACS analyzed cumulative repair and spares distribution performance based on data reported directly by participants of the Airbus Supplier Performance Indicators (ASPI) program, as well as monitored customer feedback to determine this year's top performers among the 41 support centers representing more than 60 rated Airbus suppliers.
For Satori Air Services, Inc., this is the second consecutive year they have garnered top performing honors.
