The Customer Services activity is managed from Airbus Americas' headquarters in Herndon, Virginia, and it relies on a network of motivated, proactive field service representatives, support directors and business managers.

Dedicated to support North and Latin American operators

Airbus is committed to providing the best support for operators around the world, and the North America Customer Services team is dedicated to meeting this objective for all airlines with Airbus fleets in the Americas.

Training for flight crews, cabin attendants and ground personnel is coordinated by the Miami Airbus Training Center, which is augmented by a network of CAE training sites across the Americas.
The Airbus Customer Services Spares Center in Ashburn, Virginia operates around the clock and stocks some 70,000 part numbers – nearly all proprietary hardware used on Airbus aircraft.
Airbus’ Resident Customer Support Managers are located at airports across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, providing an on-site contact for airlines on engineering and technical matters.
The Airbus Americas Maintenance and Engineering Services operation assists airlines as they subcontract their maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) work to outside companies.
